This is the second time we have had Cropston company working on our house. Again, fantastic service.

We have been very impressed from start to finish with this company. Our initial meeting was with Helen and James. James was able to help us with the design, discussing what was feasible given the constraints of our drainage locations, as well as all of the technical information; Helen then took over as our continual point of contact for booking through to completion. The work started on the date that was booked in, and we had Rob as the main fitter on site throughout the install. Rob was always on time and was trusted with a key to our home. The standard of work was absolutely first class, as well, any minor snagging we went through with James at the end, and it was completed immediately and without hesitation. Our family had a really good experience appointing Cropston Bathrooms and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Thank you all at Cropston.

Helen and the team did an excellent job replacing my old bathroom. The job itself was a fairly big messy one (inc. replacing a bath with a walk in shower, full wall to floor tiling, re-routing pipes etc) but they kept it everything as clean and tidy as possible throughout; and more importantly, they finished within the promised time frame. There was excellent communication throughout and prompt replies and suggestions to any questions I had. Very happy with the end result and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
